Kiara S. Moore is a native of Bluefield, West Virginia. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from West Virginia University, and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Liberty University.
From age 6 until age 17, Kiara was dancer at Bluefield Dance Theatre in Bluefield, West Virginia. During her youth, Kiara also sang in the youth choir of her father’s church, known as Scott Street Baptist Church, in Bluefield, West Virginia. As an undergraduate student, Kiara was a singer in the Paul Robenson Mahalia Jackson Choir and a dancer in the African Music and Dance Ensemble at West Virginia University. As an adult, Kiara has continued to engage in her passion of singing and dancing while maintaining a professional career in law enforcement. Kiara is a singer in the Daughters of the Most High God ensemble of Scott Street Baptist Church. Additionally, Kiara is a regular actress, singer, and dancer with the Charleston Light Opera Guild.
